Asador Dos Mestizos is the second establishment of Chef Jose Carlos “Binggoy” Remedios, located in Silang, Cavite.
After establishing a residence in nearby Tagaytay, Chef Binggoy decided to open this branch to continue his passion for cooking.

Asador Dos Mestizos stays true to its roots, serving traditional Spanish-Filipino heritage cuisine that made its Boracay counterpart a beloved destination. Set on a half-hectare farm-like property, the restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for functions and events.
